According to SoSoValue statistics, the US Bitcoin spot ETF recorded a net outflow of $242 million on Thursday, with a net outflow of approximately $333 million from the IBIT issued by BlackRock, marking the largest daily net outflow since the fund's launch in January last year.

Yesterday, only IBIT Fund and Grayscale's GBTC Fund ($23.13 million) showed a net outflow. The BITB fund issued by Bitwise had the highest net inflow amount of $48.31 million, followed by the FBTC fund issued by Fidelity with an amount of approximately $36.2 million.

Institutional investors often rebalance their investment portfolios to align with asset allocation goals, "said Neal Wen, Global Head of Business Development at Kronos Research." The significant outflow of funds from BlackRock IBIT may reflect this activity, particularly in response to price fluctuations in Bitcoin or broader market conditions

In addition, the US Ethereum spot ETF recorded a net outflow of $77.51 million on Thursday, led by ETHW issued by Bitwise and ETHE issued by Grayscale, with net outflows of $56.11 million and $21.4 million, respectively.
